You can mix it up with the intermediates when you’re ready… until then Friday Flat is just for beginners.
Merrit's Spur is for graduates of Friday Flat. There are wide open well groomed runs with an even pitch from top to bottom - perfect for adding some style and length to your skiing or snowboarding. Anton’s & Sponor's - the Central Spur area, accesses some of the most varied terrain Thredbo has to offer.
The High Noon Supertrail is half cruiser, half terrain park. This awllows you to ski back to where you started from at Friday Flat with the variety of having both exciting ski slopes or a terrain park to pass through on the way. The Crackenback Supertrail is the main run leading into Thredbo Village & is best suited to wide open cruising. In a matter of minutes the Kosciuszko Express Chairlift will have you at the top again where you can opt to go off-piste down the funnelling headwalls of the Bluff. On a powder day this is where you'll find Thredbo's deepest turns. Karels & Basin T-bars access one of the most pleasant areas in Thredbo with a maze of options for beginners to experts that lead back to the bottom of the hill. Recently these areas have become more popular in gaining access to experts only Golf Course Bowl & Funnel Web.
